Refund policy

Classy Nerdy Chic offers a 10-day return/refund or store credit policy on most items. This means you have 10 days from the delivery date to request a return/refund or exchange for store credit. Refunds, exchanges, or store credits are solely at Classy Nerdy Chic’s discretion.

Made-to-order items are non-refundable or exchangeable unless the item has been damaged upon arrival. We do not refund/exchange for buyers’ remorse on our made-to-order items.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase, and take several photos of the items and packaging.

You can contact us at support@classynerdychic.com or click the return icon on the Returns page to start a return. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if an item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and correct it.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, final sale items, made-to-order items, or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember that it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
